Why Us

Starting with an informal interview, we will ask you a series of guided questions designed to help us understand a bit about who you are and your communicative goals. This process includes a needs assessment, which will provide us with important information to use in the development of your personalized program.

Bridging the gap. Once we have identified your communication goals, we have to determine your current skill level so that we can design a program to take you from this starting point to the successful achievement of your objectives.  After administering the relevant diagnostic tool (e.g. pronunciation assessment, writing samples, etc.), we will analyze the results to identify the weaknesses in your current communication style. Combining this with your needs analysis will help us develop the system by which you can achieve your goals.

Combining the results from your interview, needs analysis, and diagnostic assessment, we will develop a fully customized communications program that targets your particular challenges and addresses the ‘trouble spots’ that most hamper your communication.  Your customized training program will be personally created by  Speech Clarity’s principals, Michael Boustany and Michael Greenberg.

The Goal Achievement Timeline is like a roadmap that charts your communication goals and guides you toward them.  It is a clear, step-by-step system that will enable you to measure your progress as you work toward your objectives, breaking down your long-term goals into smaller tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) that will help you to better visualize and measure your progress as you work your way through your customized program.

Our programs are delivered in person (on-site) or remotely (online via commonly used video-conferencing platforms).  You will be trained directly by one or both of Speech Clarity’s principals, Michael Boustany and Michael Greenberg.

Upon completion of your program, we will conduct an exit interview and final assessment.  You will then receive a report detailing your progress along with recommended follow-up exercises and activities.  We will also contact you approximately one month later to ensure that you have retained and are utilizing the skills and techniques you learned in the program and are communicating more effectively. Additional support will be offered as needed.
